The spaces in Flexion allow nearly any office configuration on every floor. The floors can be flexibly divided. Traditional individual and open-plan offices are just as possible as think tanks, creative spaces and multi-spaces. Large and small functional meeting rooms? We’ve already thought of that. Traditional office kitchen? Included. An office kitchen as a meeting place, team room and communal area? Of course that’s possible.
Flexion allows you to turn office space into a place that truly resembles your company.

The new collaboration space offers all the tenants an inspiring place to exchange ideas no matter where they work. Various looks define the different areas: Havens for focusing on work, open spaces for meetings and room for creative breaks.
Colours and materials create relaxed zones with characteristic moods that promote exchanges, communication and motivation.
Directly on the banks of the Spree, in the immediate vicinity of the dynamic centre for scientific activity encompassing TU Berlin, Flexion offers modern, spacious office spaces made to measure. Behind the striking, curved glass façade, around 8,700 square metres provide maximum design freedom with contemporary comfort. And all in an environment that combines a lively neighbourhood at the heart of the capital with excellent infrastructure, the best transport connections and quiet oases of well-being.
